Congratulations on being selected to work at Golden Bolt!
Staffmark and Golden Bolt have a strategic relationship, known as an Onsite Program. This relationship provides us the opportunity to work more closely with our employees on assignment, as well as with our customers. We are counting on you to represent us well! Remember that you are an employee of Staffmark and should comply with policies and procedures of both Staffmark and Golden Bolt.
It is important to remember that all personnel issues, questions and/or concerns must be discussed directly and promptly with your Staffmark Onsite Manager. We are here to support and assist you with anything you need.

1st Shift | 7:00am – 3:30 pm | Days off vary | $14.75/hr
2nd Shift | Sun – Thur | 4:00pm – 12:30am | $16.25/hr

Parking
Please makes sure you park in the employee parking lot.
Please sure you are not parking in visitor or reserved parking.
Please make sure you are driving carefully in the lot and keeping the lot clean.

Time Clock + Pay
Time Clock Procedures
Use the last 4 digits of your ssn to clock daily.
Please remember to clock in and out for lunch.
Pay Rates
- Material Handlers 1st – $14.75/hr
- Material Handlers 2nd – $16.25/hr
- 1st Shift | Forklift – $18.00/hr
- 2nd Shift | Forklift – $19.50/hr
Pay Schedule
Paid weekly on Friday
Pay via direct deposit or electronic paycard
Access paystubs at www.EmployeeWorkplace.com
Attendance & Shifts
Incase you are late or absent
Please make sure you are texting us @ 901-251-4400 with the following information:
- Full Name
- Shift
- Reason for call off
If you are missing an entire shift we need to have that information 2 hours prior to shift start time.
Requesting Time Off:
Please see the site leader for the request off form.
All requests must be received and approved 48 hours prior to the date needed off. Please note approvals will be based on volume needs.
Lunch / Other Policies
Lunch break is 30 minutes.
Location has storage for lunches, refrigerator, microwaves, and vending.
Please do your part to keep the area clean.
Dress Code
What to wear:
- Long Pants and Jeans
- Closed heel and toe shoes – like gyms shoes
- You will be provided with a safety vest
What not to wear:
- No rips, tears, and frays in jeans or pants
- No cargo pants
- No hoodies under your shift
