Day 1 Reporting Instructions:
Introduction to Dollar Tree manager Nick will be coming by to check on you throughout your first day and first week. Lockers available upon request from your Dollar Tree manager. Locks are provided by Dollar Tree and must be kept on the locker at all times!

Surveys
You will receive surveys from Staffmark after:
1st Shift | 5:30am- 4:00pm | Monday to Thursday
3rd Shift | 5:00am- 5:30pm | Friday to Sunday
4th Shift | 5:00pm- 5:30am | Sunday to Tuesday
5th Shift | 5:00pm- 5:30am | Wednesday to Friday
Please park in the Employee Parking Lot located near the main entrance.
Do not park in the Reserved/Visitor’s spaces.

IMPORTANT: Missed punches affect the accuracy of your check. If you miss a punch, please notify your supervisor and Staffmark immediately, so we can correct this.
Overtime is paid after 40 hours of work each week at a rate of time anda half.

Any call out’s within the first 2 weeks of your assignment will result in corrective action leading up to termination.
Attendance is tracked on a point system:

*4 or more points will result in a Corrective Action, leading up to termination.
If you are going to be absent, you are required to call in 30 minutes prior to
your shift start to both Staffmark and Dollar Tree:
Pre-Approved Absences may be requested with a minimum of 24 hours to
both Staffmark and your Dollar Tree manager
Pre-Approved Absence Definitions are:
Lunch is 30 minutes (unpaid).
You may leave campus, although it is not recommended.
Market Place, vending machines, microwaves, and refrigerators are available.
Break Policies
Breaks: 2, 15-minutes (must not leave the premise)
Lunch: 30-minutes (unpaid) Avoid disruption to production and be sure to return to your work area timely!
Break Facilities Contain:
Designated Smoking Areas are OUTSIDE and clearly marked
Please clean up break area after use! Don’t forget any leftovers!
Electronic Policies
All Work Areas are Electronic Free Zones!

Cell Phone use is allowed in break rooms and picnic areas outside
