Congratulations on being selected to work at wayfair! 

Staffmark and Wayfair have a strategic relationship, known as an Onsite Solutions Program. This relationship provides us the opportunity to work more closely with our employees on assignment, as well as with our customers. We are counting on you to represent us well! Hello! My name is Rasheed Ibrahim, and I am thrilled to join the Wayfair team! I was raised in Burlington, Kentucky, and have lived in Kentucky all my life. I graduated from Cooper High School in Union, Kentucky, and studied business administration at Northern Kentucky University. I have been working in management and human resources for the last 12 years and enjoy every moment of it! I have a passion for helping people grow and become the best version of themselves in the workplace!

In my free time, I enjoy the outdoors, going to the gym, spending time with my family, attending concerts, and taking road trips!
I am a huge sports fan, and I played basketball and football growing up! I also love hiking and trying new foods from around the world! I am very excited to join your team and look forward to working together!

How to Check-In

On your first day your Staffmark On-Site Representative will meet you at the employee entrance. Please ring the doorbell and security will be right with you. Photo ID is required on your first day.

Punching in after the scheduled start time, but prior to half the scheduled shift. *Employees will be allowed a 4 minute & 59 second grace period for all time-clock eligible associates.*

Leaving work early any time before the scheduled end of shift. The shift includes any scheduled overtime.

Time off from work for reasons other than approved absences. This covers all shifts missed, including scheduled or volunteered overtime days.

Missing a full day with no notification. Three (3) “no call no shows” at any point during employment will be considered an intention to resign from employment with Wayfair. The separation process for Job Abandonment should be followed.

Time Clock + Pay

Time Clock Procedures

Your pay will be monitored by an automatic timekeeping system.

  • Clock in for start of shift, in and out for meal break, and out for end of shift
  • Do not clock in more than 7 minutes prior to shift start.
  • You must always clock out and notify a leader if you are leaving the facility.
  • Missed punches can cause mistakes on your pay checks and we cannot ensure your paycheck accuracy.
    If you have any problems with the time clock, please see your Staffmark On-Site Manager.
Pay Rates

Starting at $17.50

Pay Schedule
  • Paydays are every Friday.
  • Pay period is from
  • Monday to Sunday and is paid the following Friday.
  • You have 2 ways to receive your paycheck:
    • Direct Deposit
    • Skylight Pay Card.

Attendance & Shifts

Good attendance is crucial to supporting business needs, meeting objectives and efficiencies as well as providing optimal customer service.

Employees will receive occurrences for missed time that can result in dismissal of assignment. Employees working full time hours can be released on the 4th occurrence in 90 days. Employees working part time hours can be released on the 2nd occurrence in 90 days. Occurrences will start over every 90 days. An occurrence is a tardy, unplanned early departure, or an unplanned absence. No call / No show can result in termination on the 3rd occurrence.

Part time shifts may be available.

  • FHD (Front Half Days): Sun-Wed (6:00 am – 4:30 pm)
  • BHD (Back Half Days): Wed-Sat (6:00 am – 4:30 pm)
  • DD (Donut Days): Mon, Tues, Thurs, Fri (6:00 am – 4:30 pm)
  • Weekend Shift: Fri-Mon (6:00 am – 4:30 pm)
  • Night Shift- Mon-Fri (5:00 pm – 1:30 am)
Requesting Time Off
Request for time off needs to be through Wayfair Supervisor and Staffmark On-site Manager. Please see Staffmark On-site Manager for the request form.

Lunch / Other Policies

  • Employees get (2) 15 min paid breaks and (1) 30-minute unpaid breaks/meal period.
  • Break room has canteen, vending machines, refrigerators, and microwaves.
  • Eating on the production floor is prohibited.

Dress Code

To ensure a safe and productive work environment, a dress code is strictly enforced for all employees.

  • All clothing must be in good shape and not ripped, tattered or noticeably stained or soiled.
  • Shorts are allowed when appropriate in length and style.
  • Revealing items are not allowed.
  • No derogatory, offensive or obscene comments on clothing.
  • Appropriate footwear must be worn at all times in the warehouse and must be closed-toed, cover the entire foot (toes, heels, top of foot), and be a sneaker or boot with no or low heels (less than 2 inches).
  • No hooded articles of clothing are allowed in any warehouse facility.
  • No items of clothing with strings that hang away from the body.
  • All jackets must be completely zipped at all times while in the warehouse.
  • No excessively loose garments.
  • No hanging jewelry: i.e. earrings, necklaces, bracelets, etc. Medical alert bracelets may be worn, but must be secure and close to the skin.
  • Hair that is long enough to be pulled back must be securely tied up.
  • Hair, including ponytails, should not hang below the shoulders.
  • Breakaway lanyards are required in warehouse facilities with conveyor belts and these will be provided by Wayfair.
  • Badges must be visible when in a Wayfair facility (see the “Badge Policy” for additional details).
  • Any item that may be construed as gang related is strictly prohibited.
  • Employees are expected to observe good personal hygiene.
  • Employees must come to work clean and without any offensive odors.
