Staffmark Executives Named to Staffing 100

CINCINNATI, OH – Staffmark is proud to announce that Geno Cutolo, President and CEO, and Jennifer Prospero, CFO, have been named to the Staffing 100, a list of 100 notable influencers in the staffing industry. This is Cutolo's second consecutive year to be named to this prestigious list and Prospero's first. Published annually by Staffing Industry Analysts (www.staffingindustry.com), the Staffing 100 list celebrates those individuals whose passion and contributions have made a positive impact on the lives and livelihoods of workers and job seekers across the economy. The list is not a ranking but a way to recognize those championing the Workforce Solutions Ecosystem and driving its growth. Cutolo joined Staffmark in 1998 in a sales role, progressing to president and CEO in 2016. Recruit Holdings, one of the world's largest staffing firms, last year placed two of its other U.S.-based companies – Advantage Resourcing and Atterro – under his leadership as well. The combined companies count more than 350 offices across the United States and place more than 200,000 employees annually. Cutolo also focused last year on creating more opportunities for the companies' temporary workers, working with customers to improve pay rates, and driving higher levels of employee engagement.

Prospero is a proven performer and respected leader with more than 14 years of staffing industry experience and more than 23 years of experience in finance and accounting across different industries. In 2017, she was instrumental in the integration of support services for Advantage Resourcing Group and Staffmark to achieve world-class efficiency. Prospero's past roles include serving as senior VP and controller for Staffmark and CFO for Fechheimer in Cincinnati.
